The Ministry of Defense application "Army+" is launching a survey for military personnel aimed at enhancing the barrier-free environment in Ukraine — as part of the initiative by the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska.
This was reported by the application's press service.
During the survey, service members will have the opportunity to anonymously express their experiences and share the barriers they or their comrades face while serving.
These barriers can be social, physical, psychological, informational, or organizational, complicating the fulfillment of duties, adaptation to military life, or access to necessary support.
The survey also invites participants to propose their ideas and initiatives aimed at improving service conditions.
Respondents can share their vision on how to make military service more dignified, fair, inclusive, and convenient for all categories of service members, regardless of their experience, health status, or life circumstances.
The questionnaire consists of six thematic blocks, including practical situations that military personnel encounter daily, digital and informational barriers, and experiences of communication and interaction with various governmental and military institutions.
The responses will be used to create practical recommendations that will enhance the level of barrier-free access, improve support for personnel, and foster a safer, more humane, and just environment in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
