The Ukrainian esports team B8 (34) achieved victory against Astralis in a crucial match for qualification to the prestigious BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 in Counter-Strike 2.
The match concluded with a score of 2:1. The "B8" team managed to overpower their opponents on the Mirage and Ancient maps while falling short on Inferno.
This marks B8's first appearance at the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. They are also the second team in history to qualify for a Major with five Ukrainian players in their roster.

On their journey to the Major, B8 faced defeats against Metizport and SAW, but later eliminated Russian team PARIVISION, Belize's BC.Game, and another Russian club 9Pandas, and also defeated ENCE with a Ukrainian player on the team.
Qualification tournaments in Europe will take place from April 14 to 17. The Austin Major 2025 itself will occur in the USA from June 2 to 22, with a prize pool of $1,250,000. Another Ukrainian team, NAVI, has already qualified for the Major.
