At the international tournament "Open Championship of Lithuania", Ukrainian swimmers secured a total of 15 medals, showcasing outstanding performances.

This was reported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.

Gold medals were won by: Vadym Naumenko (400 m individual medley); Vadym Naumenko (200 m individual medley); Nika Sharafutdinova (200 m backstroke); Denys Kesil (200 m butterfly); Anton Denisenko, Denys Kesil, Maksym Ovchynnikov, Vadym Naumenko (4 x 100 m medley relay); Heorhii Lukashev, Anton Denisenko, Denys Kesil, Vadym Naumenko (4 x 200 m freestyle relay).

Silver medals were claimed by: Maksym Ovchynnikov (100 m breaststroke); Maksym Ovchynnikov (50 m breaststroke); Anton Denisenko (400 m individual medley); Anton Denisenko (200 m individual medley); Heorhii Lukashev (200 m butterfly); Denys Kesil (100 m butterfly).

Bronze medals were awarded to: Denys Kesil (50 m butterfly); Nika Sharafutdinova (50 m backstroke); Heorhii Lukashev (400 m freestyle).

Additionally, it is important to remember that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported that 591 Ukrainian athletes have lost their lives during the war.
