Following another week of European cups, Ukraine has managed to significantly improve its standing in the UEFA coefficient table. Thanks to Shakhtar's victory over Shamrock Rovers, the country added 0.5 points, moving up to the 25th place, surpassing Azerbaijan and Slovenia.
Unfortunately, Dynamo Kyiv suffered a defeat against Cypriot Omonia, which negatively affected the overall situation in the table.
It is worth noting that Ukraine started its European campaign in 28th place, providing 4 spots in the qualifications (one in the Champions League, one in the Europa League, and two in the Conference League). Just three points away are 8 associations, including the disqualified Russia, which continues to receive its points each season (4.333).
