Emerging Ukrainian cycling star Milan Ushakova has signed a contract with UAE Team ADQ. According to the team's press service, the 18-year-old will compete for the UAE Development Team, effective from 2026.
In the past two seasons, she has raced for Belgian teams, including Van Moer Logistics and Baloise Minimax.
In 2025, Milan secured another gold medal at the Ukrainian championship in the junior category and finished 12th in the time trial at the world championship in Kigali (Rwanda).
UAE Team ADQ is a World Tour team competing at the highest level of professional cycling, with the world’s top cyclist, Slovenian Tadej Pogačar, representing the UAE Emirates men's team.
