During the Karate 1 WKF Series A stage in 2025 held in Salzburg, Austria, Ukrainian athletes achieved remarkable results, securing a total of 4 medals (1 gold, 3 bronze). The gold medal, which was the first for Ukraine this season, was won by Yuliya Krot from Lviv in the 68+ kg weight class. The bronze medals were claimed by: Natalia Osadchuk (-61 kg, Chornomorsk), Denis Piantkovskiy (-84 kg, Kyiv), and Oleksandr Kozyliyan (84+ kg, Chernivtsi).

The final stage of the Series A will take place from October 3 to 5 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
