In April, the Ukrainian defended the goal for "Benfica" in all five matches of the Portuguese League, securing victories in four and drawing one. Notably, he kept a clean sheet in two of the five games, making a total of 19 saves.

In the voting for the best goalkeeper of April, Trubin received the highest support from coaches in the Portuguese League, with 16.67% of experts voting for the Ukrainian.
