Soon, city workers will begin autumn decorations and tree planting. For instance, a thematic flowerbed titled 'Snake Island. Lighthouses of Ukraine' is being created at Holosiivska Square, featuring ageratum, begonia, coleus, and other plants.

All ten floral compositions planned for Independence Day will be showcased on August 22.

In the Darnytsia district, a floral arrangement named 'Vasylkiv Ceramics' is being created on Mykola Bazhan Avenue, using cineraria, alternanthera, begonia, and coleus.

The Desniansky district will feature a flowerbed titled 'In Unity and Memory - Our Strength and Victory,' showcasing a diverse range of plants including begonia, cineraria, and marigolds.

At the transport interchange near the 'Livoberezhna' metro station, a thematic flowerbed called 'Everything Great Starts from a Grain' is being designed, incorporating begonia, cineraria, alternanthera, and coleus.

On Obolon Avenue, a composition named 'The Rise of the Ukrainian Sun' is being crafted, utilizing sage, cineraria, begonia, and ageratum.

In the Pechersk district, at the transport interchange near the Paton Bridge, a flowerbed titled 'Dream Aircraft' will feature ageratum, marigolds, and other plants.

The Podilsk green space is presenting a flowerbed called 'Official Emblem of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,' while in the Solomiansky district, the 'Volunteers' composition in 'Vidradnyi' park will feature a real vehicle from a combat zone at its center.

The Sviatoshyn district showcases a composition named 'Ukrainian Pixel - An Angry Embroidery,' and the Shevchenkivskyi district offers a flowerbed titled 'Windmills of Ukraine.'

Concluding this initiative, 'Kyivzelenbud' plans to plant over 2000 trees in the autumn, which will enhance the city's greenery.

This autumn, the planting of various trees, shrubs, and perennial plants is planned to create a comfortable urban environment.

This year, the city has already become greener with the planting of over 4,000 trees and 35,000 shrubs.

'Kyivzelenbud' also reported losses of trees during the severe weather that occurred on August 6, emphasizing the need for care in 125 parks and 664 squares throughout the city.

Every day, green space workers are dedicated to maintaining these areas to ensure they remain well-kept.
