The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is launching a beta test of new postponement options for mobilization in the Reserve+ application. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
"Soon, new types of mobilization postponements will be available in the Reserve+ app," the message states.
Eligible individuals for online postponement include single parents raising a child under 18, as well as those caring for parents with disabilities.
The Ministry of Defense invites citizens belonging to these categories to participate in the testing and be among the first to use the service.
To do so, a short form must be filled out via the provided link. The Ministry of Defense reminds how the online postponement works.
To obtain a postponement, a request must be submitted in the Reserve+ app. The system will verify the grounds in government registers. If confirmed, the postponement is granted, and information about it appears in the electronic military document.
The process is fully automated, typically taking a few hours, and does not require collecting documents, visiting territorial recruitment centers, or long waits for case consideration.
Reserve+ allows for a transparent, quick decision without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Currently, the following individuals can obtain a postponement in Reserve+: people with disabilities; parents of three or more children born in one marriage; parents of children with disabilities; spouses of defenders with children; husbands or wives of persons with disabilities; individuals with temporary unfitness; students and postgraduates; employees of higher education institutions and vocational training centers.
