Three long-distance trains were delayed today due to a false bomb threat. This was reported by the State Administration of Railways of Ukraine (Ukrzaliznytsia) on their Telegram channel.
On Saturday morning, October 11, messages were received regarding the bomb threat for three trains: № 68/20 Kyiv — Warsaw; № 733 Dnipro — Kyiv; №748 Ternopil — Kyiv.
The trains were halted, and passengers were evacuated to a safe distance.
Explosive experts and law enforcement officials inspected the trains for explosives. No explosive materials were found.
Train services resumed shortly after. The delay lasted less than an hour, as stated by Ukrzaliznytsia.
