Over 23 million Ukrainians are now utilizing digital documents and online services through the "Diia" app. Since October 2024, the number of users has increased by two million. This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov.
Since the portal's launch in 2020, more than five years have passed, and "Diia" now offers 33 digital documents and over 70 services. Users can access digital passports, diplomas, re-register vehicles, get married, and much more through the app.
Furthermore, more than 25,000 government institutions and companies have integrated "Diia" services. This allows users to share digital documents instead of physical passport copies, use "Diia.Signature" instead of in-person visits, and automate processes rather than manually filling out forms.
In early September, Ukraine also became the first country in the world to launch a state assistant based on artificial intelligence within the "Diia" app. The assistant can answer questions and provide services directly in the chat.
At the end of September, a service was introduced in "Diia" that allows Ukrainians to apply for multiple social payments in one request. In the summer, a multi-account "Diia.Card" was launched, enabling users to receive government payments.
Among other features of the platform is a weapon registration service, which generated 200,000 permits in just one week, a quick tool for reporting internet or communication issues, and even a certificate of being unmarried.
