Starting from October 8th, Ukrainian students can take advantage of a free annual subscription to Google AI Pro and Gemini.

This was announced via Telegram by Mykhailo Fedorov, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation.

“Modern tools are essential for effective learning and skill development. From today, Google offers a free annual subscription to its AI Pro suite for students aged 18 and above,” he stated.

Ukrainian university students can access the following services:

  • Gemini 2.5 Pro – a chat tool for assistance with studies and complex topics. Users can upload images to receive real-time explanations;
  • Deep Research – a tool that independently analyzes numerous sources and creates structured reports, saving hours of preparation for coursework or essays;
  • NotebookLM – a personal assistant for organizing knowledge and notes, now with enhanced audio and video analysis capabilities;
  • Veo 3 – converts text or images into an 8-second video with sound;
  • Jules – an AI assistant for programming, helping to write, test, and refine code;
  • 2 TB of cloud storage – ample space for all notes, documents, and projects.

To participate in the program, registration on the website is required.

We remind you that the Ministry of Digital Transformation has announced a new phase of collaboration with Google to implement AI technologies for government projects in Ukraine.
