Starting October 10, 2023, the company "Ukrzaliznytsia" will launch a new train service from Kyiv to Bucharest. This was announced by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development. The train will run daily, stopping at cities like Vinnytsia, Zhmerinka, Mohyliv-Podilskyi, Velchynets, Ungheni, and Yassi.
The train will depart from Kyiv at 06:30 and is scheduled to arrive in Bucharest at 06:47 the following day. On the return trip, it will leave Bucharest at 19:10, reaching Kyiv at 19:41 the next day.
The train will arrive at Bucharest's central station – Gara de Nord, where high-speed trains regularly connect to the airport.
Ticket prices for a compartment car will be approximately 3800 UAH.
