Starting September 15, 2025, Ukrpost will commence beta testing of a new mobile application equipped with the most sought-after features.

This announcement was made by the company's CEO, Igor Smilyansky, on Telegram.

«We have planned the app launch in three phases, similar to what most companies do worldwide. The beta version with the most anticipated features is now available. We invite you to download it, test it, and provide feedback through a special form we have prepared», Smilyansky stated.

The new app already includes push notifications for incoming packages, delivery status changes, reminders for pickups, and new promotions, among others. Additionally, all shipments associated with a specific phone number will be automatically displayed.

Furthermore, a detailed tracking feature has been implemented, allowing users to track all package information: route, sender, recipient, rate, status, payment details, and a barcode for scanning at the post office. The app also offers a universal search function for shipments and an interactive map of post office locations with addresses and working hours, as well as online payment (currently only available during the shipment creation stage in the beta version).

«One more unique feature that no one else offers. When creating a package, you can choose the option based on price and delivery time: a more expensive option for next-day delivery (the «Priority» rate) if you're in a hurry, or a 2-4 day option (the «Basic» rate)», added Smilyansky.

In the second phase, the head of Ukrpost promises to introduce package management features (redirecting, changing the recipient) and payment by the recipient. After this phase is launched, the operator plans to eliminate all paper applications in post offices. Everything will be done online or through a call center.

In the third phase, the functionality will be expanded: the app will allow users to accept payments and order products, stamps, medications, and more.

Smilyansky noted that the app is a proprietary development of Ukrpost, without the involvement of third-party companies.

We remind you that Ukrpost is introducing «Express Window» in its post offices to expedite the service for package and letter recipients.
