The Mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, held a meeting with Google representatives, led by Vice President for Government Affairs Annette Krober-Riel.
During the meeting, the parties explored collaboration opportunities in the digital transformation of the capital. Discussions included integrating urban data on accessibility, shelters, and safe routes into Google Maps, as well as utilizing Google's AI tools for transportation modeling and urban planning.

According to Klitschko, artificial intelligence can play a crucial role in enhancing urban services, making them more accessible and user-friendly for residents.
Google remains a trusted partner for Ukraine in matters of digital development, cybersecurity, and economic recovery, having provided over $45 million in financial support and more than $10 million in technical solutions and educational resources over the last three years.
The mayor expressed gratitude to the Google team for their support of Ukraine and their assistance in digital changes in the capital. In turn, company representatives praised Kyiv's achievements in urban service digitalization and the "Kyiv Digital" project.
The city authorities emphasized their interest in further developing bilateral cooperation with Google.
