Ukrpost is launching a new service called «Express Window» aimed at speeding up the delivery process for packages and letters.

This was announced by the CEO, Ihor Smilyansky, via Telegram.

It is reported that the pilot project «Express Window» commenced on September 8 in over 1,500 urban branches of Ukrpost.

«To combat long wait times, we have created the Express Window. It will be highlighted in black and yellow colors. In this window, customers can quickly receive or send packages, collect letters, and make cash-on-delivery transactions,» the statement reads.

According to Smilyansky, with the new package management system, receiving a package will take only 30–45 seconds. Additionally, the company will provide free packaging for sending parcels at all branches.

All other services, including pensions, payments, and letter dispatch, will be available at the universal window.
