On August 29th, Kyiv has declared a Day of Mourning in remembrance of those who lost their lives in a massive attack that occurred on August 28th.

Today, flags are at half-mast on all municipal buildings throughout the city. Additionally, it is advised to lower national flags on both state and private properties. On August 29th, all entertainment activities are prohibited in Kyiv.
