Occupiers are actively seeking Ukrainians who are celebrating Independence Day in the temporarily occupied territories.

"In the temporarily occupied territories, Russian forces are implementing heightened measures to identify those who are celebrating Flag Day or Independence Day," the message states.

It is noted that selective checks are being conducted on the streets, including phone inspections. Occupiers are also urging "loyal" residents to report on "suspicious" individuals.

"Moscow fears our celebrations, as they symbolize resilience. That is why the enemy is particularly active during these days. Stay vigilant," the Center added.
