A fire broke out in Kyiv. The premises of the National Aviation University (NAU), currently leased by a local entertainment venue, were engulfed in flames. The fire was reported on August 19 at 01:18 on Harmatna Street.

This was confirmed by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) in Kyiv.

“Upon arrival, it was determined that the fire had affected the outdoor terrace and the exterior wall decoration of the establishment. The fire was extinguished at 02:00, covering an area of 100 square meters,” the rescuers reported.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the fire. Law enforcement will investigate the cause of the ignition.
