The Brave1 team and the Third Assault Brigade have unveiled an innovative drone powered by artificial intelligence, capable of striking targets over 50 km away. This was announced by Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.

"Often, our defense innovations emerge directly from the battlefield, driven by the ideas of military engineers and developers. This is the case with the "Dolphin Spider". The story of this development began in the R&D labs of the 3rd Assault Brigade," he stated.

According to the official, "Dolphin" is a gaming nickname of a fallen comrade of the developers, and the drone is created in his honor. Engineers from the Third Assault Brigade, in collaboration with Omnitech, designed the drone, while Brave1 assisted in coding it for military implementation.

"It surpasses foreign analogs in key performance metrics and can autonomously navigate using artificial intelligence algorithms," noted the First Deputy Prime Minister.

He also clarified that the primary role of the drone is to provide reliable communications for strike UAVs deep in enemy territory. Thanks to this, Ukrainian drones can appear where the enemy least expects them. The "Trio" has already been destroying enemy air defense systems, logistics, and other priority targets with the help of the "Dolphin Spider".

Moreover, recently President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law that allocates an increase in security and defense spending by 412 billion UAH, with 216 billion UAH designated for the purchase and production of weapons, military equipment, and drones.
