The Kyiv city prosecutor's office successfully obtained a court decision to recover over 240 million UAH from a supplier of substandard infant incubators.

This was reported by the Kyiv city prosecutor's office.

Specifically, the state enterprise «Ukrmedpostach» purchased 85 transport incubators from a commercial entity to ensure the safe transportation of newborns. The purchase was financed by a foreign loan (5 million euros) under state guarantees.

However, it was later found that the product had several deficiencies and could not be utilized by medical facilities as intended. Consequently, the Kyiv city prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to recover the funds paid under the contract.

The Economic Court of Kyiv granted the prosecutor's claim and ruled for the recovery of over 240 million UAH from the commercial entity.
