Beginning September 1, all employees of the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC) will be required to wear body cameras to record the delivery of summons or document checks.

This was announced by Defense Minister Denis Shmyhal.

“From September 1, all TCC staff must wear body cameras and video record during document checks or the delivery of summons. There will be disciplinary consequences for failing to comply with recording requirements,” emphasized Shmyhal.

According to him, this measure aims to ensure transparency and legality in the work of notification groups, as well as to protect the rights of both conscripts and TCC employees.

Currently, the availability of body cameras stands at about 85%. Efforts are ongoing to procure additional equipment.
