President Volodymyr Zelensky greeted pilots, engineers, and technical staff on the occasion of Air Force Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This was announced by the head of state on his Facebook page.

«Today is a day to express our gratitude to everyone who defends against Russian attacks, destroys enemy aircraft, missiles, and drones. Strikes from the air on the front line. To all who fight against Russian terror day and night», - stated the president.

He thanked pilots, engineers, technical workers, air defense personnel, and everyone who trains and supports them for their dedication to defending Ukraine.

«Eternal glory and memory to all our warriors who did not return from missions and sacrificed their lives to protect others», - wrote Zelensky.
