During the Cabinet of Ministers meeting on July 30, a change in leadership occurred as Elena Duma was dismissed from her position at ARMA.

This was announced by Ukraine's Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

“Today, during the Cabinet meeting, we decided to relieve the head of the agency. I have instructed to urgently initiate a new competition,” she stated.

According to Svyrydenko, the competition commission will include representatives of the government and international partners who support Ukraine in the anti-corruption field.

“The main task is to ensure that all seized assets, as well as property belonging to sanctioned individuals, are utilized effectively to bolster Ukraine's defense and resilience,” she added.
