The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that the attack targeted the strategic gates of a military facility. It is reported that military operations are also ongoing in southern Syria.

The IDF emphasized that Israel is "prepared for various scenarios" and continues to protect its allies - the religious minorities it is committed to safeguarding.

The military also stated that it will continue to strike regime forces until they are completely withdrawn from the Suwayda region.
