Emerging Trends in Ukrainian IT Companies' Revenues for 2025

In 2025, the total revenue of large Ukrainian IT companies reached 56.48 billion UAH, according to data from Opendatabot. There were changes among the leaders: two companies exited the ranking, one of which had been in it for the last two years.

GlobalLogic Ukraine debuted at the top spot, owned by the American Bonus Technology INC. Their annual revenue only slightly increased by 2% to 11.66 billion UAH, while profits plummeted by 28% to 653 million UAH. This marks the first time the company has achieved this position.

The top three also includes Epam, founded by Arkadiy Dobkin, which commands a third of the earnings of the top ten. Epam Systems fell one rank with revenue of 11.35 billion UAH, down 10% from last year, but profits rose by 27% to 1.67 billion UAH.

Epam Digital continues to grow, with a revenue of 7.5 billion UAH (+25%) and profits of 838 million UAH (+11%), securing the third position.

Luxoft Solutions, a subsidiary of Swiss Luxoft, remained in fourth place with a revenue of 5.45 billion UAH (-7%) and profits of 263.6 million UAH (-12%).

The Institute of Information Technologies "Intellias" took the fifth spot with a revenue of 4.06 billion UAH (-6%), while profits increased by 18% to 300.7 million UAH. The business belongs to IT Elite Limited.

SoftServe Technologies, founded by Taras Kitzmay and Yaroslav Lyubynets, climbed two positions to sixth place, with a revenue of 3.83 billion UAH, a 1.6 times increase from the previous year, though profits remained at 210 million UAH.

Fintech Band, owned by Oleg Gorokhovsky and Mikhail Rogalsky, dropped two positions to seventh place with a revenue of 3.71 billion UAH, and profits decreased to 1.15 billion UAH.

In ninth place is Infopulse Ukraine, with a revenue of 3.06 billion UAH (-5%) and profits of 332.7 million UAH (-14%).

This year’s index saw newcomers such as Haiload Solutions with a revenue of 3.22 billion UAH and profits of 2.4 billion UAH, and SQUAD Ukraine with a revenue of 2.6 billion UAH, which grew 2.8 times year-on-year.

Out of the ten companies, seven chose the Diya City legal regime.

This year, Playtika Ukraine and SoftServe Industry exited the index.

The total revenue of the top ten healthcare companies in Ukraine reached 14.59 billion UAH.
