The application period for the "Winter eSupport" program has concluded. 14.4 million individuals took advantage of the opportunity to receive 1000 hryvnias in aid.
This information was provided by the Ministry of Economy.
It is noted that 12 million Ukrainians received assistance through the "Dii" app, 577,000 via partner banks, and 130,000 through "Ukrposhta".
1.7 million pensioners, individuals with disabilities, and residents of frontline areas received funds through "Ukrposhta" based on lists from the Ministry of Social Policy.
The funds were primarily spent on:
• Utilities – 4.9 billion UAH (57% of total expenditures),
• Telecommunications, especially mobile communication – 1.9 billion UAH,
• Food establishments – 443 million UAH,
• Medicines – 237 million UAH,
• Computer networks and information services – 234 million UAH,
• Charity, including donations to the Armed Forces – 202 million UAH,
• Books and other printed materials – 178 million UAH,
• Railway and bus passenger transport – 120 million UAH,
• Theaters and cinemas – 80 million UAH,
• Postal services – 61 million UAH.
These expenditures cover the "Winter eSupport" program from December 10, 2024, to February 28, 2025. The total amount spent by Ukrainians during this period is 8.6 billion hryvnias out of the 10.05 billion received via applications in the "Dii" app and through partner banks.
"Payments are still ongoing. All applications submitted by the end of February 28 will be processed. Funds can be utilized until the end of 2025," stated the First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economy Julia Svyrydenko.

On December 10, 2024, Ukrainians began receiving 1,000 UAH on their National Cashback card as part of the "Winter eSupport" program.
