New Opportunities for Entrepreneurs: Safe Business Financing

Entrepreneurs in Ukraine have gained new opportunities for secure business growth through special property financing conditions offered by Credit Dnipro Bank. This program is part of the state initiative "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" and provides small businesses with advantageous financing conditions: low rates, extended loan terms, and a convenient application process. A key benefit for participants is the annual insurance protection from INGO insurance company at no additional cost.

Loans can be obtained for the purchase of business property or equipment. Advantages of the program include partial interest rate compensation, which can be as low as 7%, and can decrease to 5% when creating new jobs. The maximum loan amount reaches UAH 10 million, with a loan term of up to 7 years. A one-time fee of 1.5% is a competitive offer in the Ukrainian market.

The annual insurance protection provided as a bonus by the bank comes from INGO, the most experienced company in the legal entity insurance segment. Coverage includes not only classic risks like fires, accidents, and natural disasters but also military risks such as missile strikes and other forms of armed aggression.

Insurance covers compensation for damaged property and financial losses if a business must cease operations due to military actions. Importantly, the insurance protection takes effect immediately after the contract is signed, ensuring that entrepreneurs can be confident in their business's security from day one.

"We participated in the bank's credit program to help entrepreneurs overcome business uncertainty during wartime and threats from aggressors," emphasized Andriy Semchenko, Director of Corporate Business.

"One of the main barriers to investment is the fear of unforeseen losses that can negatively affect a company's financial standing. The absence of protection against such risks can halt not only individual businesses but also slow down economic growth overall. This is why the partnership between Credit Dnipro Bank and INGO is strategically important for overcoming these barriers," noted Andriy Semchenko.

At the bank, they are confident that the insurance option covering military risks adds significant value to the loan offering.

"We actively support our resilient business, which continues to operate and find growth opportunities despite all circumstances," said Pavlo Likhomanov, Director of the Small and Micro Business Department at Credit Dnipro Bank.

"I would like to point out that the insurance coverage includes not just material damage but also losses related to business suspension due to military risks. This allows businesses to quickly recover and continue their operations," he added.

The loan application process for entrepreneurs does not differ from traditional algorithms. To apply, it is necessary to fill out an application on the bank's website, after which specialists will consult on the list of required documents.

Financing under the program is already available for businesses that have financial statements for the past year, a positive credit history, and have been operational for at least 12 months. The proposed support mechanism can serve as an additional tool for entrepreneurs planning long-term investments in their business despite the unstable economic conditions of wartime.
