The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development has reached agreements with foreign partners regarding additional quotas for freight transportation by road in 2025.

According to the information published on the ministry's official website, 100 additional permits will be made available for carriers operating towards Azerbaijan, allowing for freight transportation to/from third countries. This represents 20% of the main quota. These permits will be available for order by the end of this week.

Furthermore, an exchange of 300 additional permits has been agreed upon with Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is equivalent to 100% of the main quota. With these permits, carriers will be able to conduct both bilateral and transit transportation, as well as transportation to/from third countries.

"The process of transferring the permits is ongoing, and they will soon be available for Ukrainian carriers. We recommend monitoring the availability of permits on the website of the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety," the ministry stated.
