In June 2025, the state budget of Ukraine received 241.2 billion UAH in taxes and fees, which is an increase of 36.4 billion compared to May.
This information was reported by the Ministry of Finance.
The main sources of revenue controlled by tax and customs authorities include:
- 49.7 billion UAH – dividends from state-owned enterprises;
- 43.5 billion UAH – VAT from imported goods;
- 30.1 billion UAH – personal income tax;
- 24.4 billion UAH – excise tax;
- 21.7 billion UAH – VAT from domestically produced goods;
- 5.2 billion UAH – corporate profit tax;
- 4.4 billion UAH – customs duties;
- 3 billion UAH – rent payments.
Additionally, Ukraine received 43.9 billion UAH in international aid in June, which also contributed to budget revenues.
Overall, in June, the state budget received 325.5 billion UAH, and for the first half of 2025, it totaled 1.3 trillion UAH.
Cash expenditures during this period amounted to 2.4 trillion UAH, of which 1.87 trillion UAH was from the general fund.
State borrowings for the half-year reached 856.2 billion UAH, which is 87% of the planned amount.
