Visitors will enjoy a diverse musical program and meet creative individuals from the Azov region.
From June 27 to 29, locals and tourists are invited to the Singing Field for the multi-genre chamber festival "Heart of Azov," held in honor of Ukraine's Constitution Day.
The festival is organized by a community of Kyiv residents who were forced to leave occupied territories due to the war.
Artists from Berdyansk, Mariupol, and other towns of the Azov region will showcase their creative achievements, culinary arts, and share stories about their homeland. This is why the festival is called "Heart of Azov."
Included is the cuisine from the patriotic Berdyansk social club "Kharakternyky," which served as a hub for Ukrainian culture in the city.
The Kyiv Center for Folk Arts and Cultural Studies is the festival's organizer, preparing a diverse musical program.
On Friday, the stage will feature the folk ensemble "Yahilochka," the folk ensemble "Hromytsia," RIDNI, Janeuary, and conclude with a showcase from Taras Shevchenko National University titled "HUCHNO," introducing young talents.
Saturday's program will open with performances by finalists of the Sixth International Children's and Youth Art Festival-Competition "FORMIDABLE," supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Ukraine.
Additionally, attendees can enjoy the folk amateur group "Desnyanski Zori," artistic teams from the Palace of Culture "Darnytsia," the military orchestra of the 22nd separate brigade "Kyivska Rus," the popular singing studio of the Food Technologies University, and witness the amateur play "Unbreakable."
On Sunday, performances are scheduled from the vocal ensemble "Namystechko," the concert group of the Kyiv Municipal Academic Wind Orchestra, and other artistic groups.
